| This pillow is firm, but not hard. It is exactly what I needed since I have constant neck pain. The material is super soft and not the cheap material I would expect from such a low price. If you have neck pain, this is definately the pillow you want. Most side sleepers will benefit from this because side sleepers tend to have problems with neck pain. I use this during the day sitting in my office chair, so when I lean back it is a comfortable fit. Sometimes I use it when I sleep at night and wake up without neck pain. I like that it is not too soft because it would not give me the support I need if it was. It is not hard, only firm, but after a few weeks it will soften up a little. The material is elegant and high-quality. I would definately pay more money for this pillow, so it is a great value at under $15.00. |

| I bought this for travel, and it worked well on a couple of recent long flights. It is well made, and the foam is firm enough to provide support. I also use it for relaxing after yoga. Met my expectations. |

| The cover is soft, the memory foam is cushy, and I can lie on my back while wearing this as a neck support. It doesn't get too hot or get in the way. I am really happy with it! |

| I almost bought this nice pillow from [...] for $[...] but luckily found it on Amazon for $5 cheaper. I wasn't sure about the quality for the cheap price but the pillow is exactly what I wanted it to be. It's not too soft or too firm just perfectly made. I bought it for my dad and it keeps his neck aligned with a good nights sleep. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend it. |
